STANDARDS OF THE APARTMENTS
As standard, owners of new apartments may choose from several types of wall and floor tiles, fixtures and fittings, floor coverings and interior doors. Individual buildings are classified in three different levels of standards - MODERN, ELEGANCE, and PREMIUM. Based on using high-quality brands, these categories differ not only in their prices but mainly in shapes, colour schemes and surface finishes. Thus, apartment owners have a wide scope of available individual modifications.
If the client is interested in more significant changes, we can offer a wide range of individual modifications, where the client can freely choose different high quality materials in our partner showrooms, or even modify the interior layout and wiring/piping on an individual basis.
Apartment buildings A, B, D are classified in energy performance class B,
while apartment buildings C and E enjoy energy class A.

STANDARDS OF THE HOUSES & TOWNHOUSES
We have prepared for the house and townhouses owners a wide scope of available individual modifications. As standard, clients may choose from several types of wall and floor tiles, fixtures and fittings, floor coverings and interior doors in the top PREMIUM standard. There is a wide scope of shapes, colour schemes, surface finishes and designs to choose from.
If the client is interested in more significant changes or is not satisfied with the standard offer, we can provide a wide range of individual modifications, where one can freely choose different high quality materials in our partner showrooms, or even modify the interior layout and wiring/piping on an individual basis.

The reservation fee at CZK 57,500.00 incl. VAT for apartments, or CZK 115,000.00 incl. VAT for houses
15% of the total purchase price when signing the Agreement on Future Purchase Contract (incl. reservation fee)
Settlement of the remaining balance of the purchase price upon the building approval
