WITH FAST ACCESS TO THE CENTRE OF PRAGUE

REZIDENCE WALTROVKA assures you not just of excellent transport links to the city centre, but also to other key areas in Prague 5. Jinonice Line B metro station is just a 3-minute walk away from Waltrovka. Heading to the centre, the metro takes 5 minutes to get to Anděl station, and 10 minutes to Můstek. Right from Jinonice metro station or from U Waltrovky bus stop there are buses to Anděl metro station on Line B, or Dejvická metro station on Line A. A short distance from Waltrovka is Jinonice train station, and at the bottom of the hill is Smíchov train station, which is shortly awaiting modernisation. This is the main interchange station for passengers travelling to the city from the western suburbs of Prague - and also the route out of the city. The main road to Rozvadov is literally round the corner, and a taxi can take you to Václav Havel airport in 20 minutes. A few minutes away by car or bus is the hospital in Motol, or the clinic in Malvazinky in the other direction. You can also get to the shopping centres in Smíchov or Galerie Butovice with a short car journey.

These bold glazed buildings right on Radlická street evoke an aircraft engine propeller - one of the symbols of the 'original Waltrovka'. They also act as a natural reference point for all REZIDENCE WALTROVKA visitors. They will contain select restaurants and cafés, as well as a wide selection of stores and services. Future apartment and house owners will thus be able to take care of everything they need a few steps from home. Florists, a pharmacy, a bakery... we are arranging all these on the ground floor in the pedestrian zones. With colourful shopfronts all day, they will transform in the evening to oases of calm. You can get to the Prokopské údolí or Vidoule natural parks in just a few minutes, as you can to special sports or relaxation venues: the golf course in Motol, the Motorlet sports hall, the swimming pool, tennis and squash courts in Cibulka, or Holmes Place gym and wellness centre in Smíchov. Also popular are the Greyhouse Park Motel sports and entertainment site and the cyclepaths running along the Vltava.
